A reminder Love, YOU are the Wonder

You Love, Are a Wonder

Your body provides the physical vessel through which you experience the world. When you're going through your day to day, consider the fact that your heart beats and your lungs breathe without having to think about it or know how it works.

Your mind processes thoughts and perceptions, shaping your understanding of reality. The intricate network of firing synapses in your brain allows for complex thoughts and emotions.  On subconscious levels, your brain mind controls the function, regulation & communication between systems.

Your emotions color your experiences and influence your reactions, and are connected to how you are processing information & the world. Like a wave, your emotions will feel the highs of the highs and the lows of the lows and everything in between. Emotions are relative to the world, and yet  WHAT, HOW & WHY you feel them the way you do is completely unique to you because of your own Soul Essence + personal experiences; a chemistry cocktail.

Your spirit encompasses the Essence of who you are, while simultaneously connecting you to something greater & beyond yourself. It acts as a bridge between your individual self and the vastness of existence. It reminds you that you are part of and interconnected to something much larger, inviting you to explore the depths of your own being and the mysteries of the universe. A driving force behind your individuality and the key to unlocking a deeper connection to the world around you.

Scientifically, you are made out of the same substance as stars.  You are a multidimensional being interwoven into a singular existence, connected to limitless possibilities and universes both within and outside of yourself.

Within this, the connection to the wonder of who you are & magic in the ordinary aspects of life is not meant to always to be a constant conscious experience.

LIFE is filled with seasons, birth, life, death, rebirth, rhythms & cycles, ebbs & flows.  When we can acknowledge the simplicities and complexities within our existence are innumerable, we can begin to embark on a journey of self discovery.

You are an embodiment of various interconnected elements; an ecosystem, where your body, mind, emotions, and spirit interact with both your inner and outer worlds; seen & unseen, known, unknown & beyond..

Just as an ecosystem interacts with its surroundings, you are constantly influenced by your inner and outer worlds.  Your inner world consists of your thoughts, beliefs, and values, while your outer world encompasses the people, environments, and experiences you encounter. The interplay between your inner and outer worlds is a dynamic dance, constantly influencing and shaping each other.  By understanding and nurturing this interconnectedness, you can tap into your intuition, creativity, and inner wisdom. This allows you to make choices and decisions that are in alignment with your authentic self, rather than being driven by external pressures or expectations.

For example: Have you ever found yourself saying or hearing the phrase, "I'm just not feeling like myself"? It's a common expression that highlights a sense of feeling lost, disconnected, or unclear of the self. However, it's important to recognize that even in those moments, the part of you that feels that way is still an integral part of who you are.

Society often encourages us to push away these feelings as if they are separate from our true selves. This societal imprint leads to further fractures within our being. It perpetuates a chronic paradigm where the Essence of everything and the enchantment within it gets overshadowed or dismissed as something imaginary, unreal, or separate from our everyday lives.

Yet the natural Essence of your being... is ALL of your being. The limitless depths and ranges of emotions & experiences are what make you human.

By acknowledging and embracing ALL aspects of ourselves, even the ones that may feel disconnected or lost, we can begin to heal and integrate our being. This allows us to tap into the true depth and magic that resides within us and in the world around us. It's through this process of acceptance and exploration that we can rediscover our true essence and live a more fulfilling and authentic life.

For we have all experienced moments of disconnection within ourselves, and it is the journey home, inside... that beckons us over and over again.  The wonder of you, the Essence of your being knows this deeply.  It is an innate inner knowing, even when you forget.  Often we perceive things in a linear manner, expecting an endpoint or a final destination- whether personally, a job, a relationship, etc. However, in reality, there is no true endpoint. Each perceived endpoint actually acts as a portal or gateway to further expansion, allowing us to go beyond what we could see or comprehend from the vantage point of that particular moment.

This means that vs the ongoing chronic fractures that create immediate polarity separation paradigms that's been playing out in politics, religion, race, gender- you name it; that within the polarity & separateness, also lies the vast enchantment & wonder of endless simplicities, complexities & layers.  Instead of there only being "one way or another," there are innumerable ways to exist, experience, feel, believe, resonate, love, live, create, destroy & rebirth our inner and outer worlds.

Therein lies the meeting of opportunities & what we do with it.

The journey towards healing starts with each person individually.  This journey allows you to delve deeper, explore, and gain a profound understanding and appreciation for the interconnectedness of your being.   So what if your body, mind, emotions and soul are where you ran towards to seek the answers, instead of outside or away from it?

All the places of unfamiliarity and discomfort is where new life is trying to break through.

When you tap into the wonder of yourself, you contribute to the healing of the world.

To truly "Know Thyself" is to embark on a lifelong journey of exploration, discovery, and nurturing the relationship with your own being. This process is not limited by age, circumstances, or beliefs; it is a continuous endeavor that can span across your entire life and even beyond, transcending lifetimes.

To truly access the magic within, it's important to consciously cultivate presence and mindfulness in each moment. This doesn't require having all the answers or figuring everything out. Instead, it's about meeting yourself where you are in the present moment. This could be as simple as acknowledging, "I'm exhausted & overwhelmed"

Acknowledging and honoring your own internal rhythm or cycle, and how it influences and interacts with your inner and outer worlds is a part of your natural state.  Aligning with your own natural ebbs and flows of life allows you to navigate through different phases with a curiosity.  To process & digest past experiences into the present, is the allowing for integration to occur. In doing so, the sacredness within you naturally unfolds.

By honoring the sacredness within yourself, you cultivate a deep sense of reverence for all of existence. You begin to see the interconnectedness of everything and everyone around you. This recognition of the sacredness within yourself and in all things opens up a world of possibilities. It allows you to live in alignment with your true nature, to express your unique gifts and talents, and to contribute to the world, profoundly, simply through your existence.

You my love... are such a wonder
