1. Terms and Scope

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products and services through Jenn Velmer / Jennifer Velmer/ Human Medicine (the “Site”). These Terms are subject to change by Jenn Velmer / Jennifer Velmer / Human Medicine (“we,” “our,” or “us,” as the context requires) without prior written notice, at our sole discretion. 2. Prices and Payment Terms

(a) All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and confirmed via email. Price changes apply only to future purchases. Prices do not include taxes or shipping, which will be itemized (if applicable) in your cart and confirmation email.

We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

(c) You agree not to claim ownership of, copy, misuse, or disparage any Jenn Velmer / Jennifer Velmer/ Human Medicine trademarks, and understand that any goodwill resulting from your limited use (if permitted) belongs solely to us.

By using this site or purchasing any products or services, you affirm that:

(i)  You are voluntarily participating and purchasing of your own free will;  You are not under any obligation, duress, or undue influence, and you understand the nature of the offerings provided.

5. Personal Responsibility and Hold Harmless

By engaging with this Site or purchasing products/services, you agree to release and hold harmless Jenn Velmer, Jennifer Velmer, and Human Medicine, individually and collectively, from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or actions arising from or related to:

(i)  Participation in sessions, programs, or use of materials;

 

(ii) Your physical, emotional, mental, or energetic experience;

 

(iii) Any decisions or actions you take based on content provided.

You acknowledge that this release applies to all claims, known or unknown, and is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases made through this site are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for digital products, courses, or services once a purchase has been completed.

However, if a service has been purchased and has not yet been used or scheduled, the unused funds may be eligible for credit toward another service or future purchase, subject to approval at our sole discretion. This credit must be requested before the originally purchased service has been rendered or accessed, and it may not be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to decline credit requests or limit how and when credits may be applied.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Jenn Velmer / Jennifer Velmer/ Human Medicine is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
