Inner Plane Transmissions

Frequency Before Form

Aug 07, 2026

It's an intention I've been living with for the past few years.

Not as a spiritual slogan.

As a way of understanding relationship itself.

Meeting the internal narratives I've inherited or experienced… Not by discarding or getting rid of them— but becoming curious about the relationship beneath them.

Where did they come from?

What shaped them?

What continues to keep them alive?

Because every story has a frequency beneath it.

And that frequency influences the form it eventually takes.

Because form follows frequency.

Everything carries energy.

This isn’t just a woo-woo thing… this shit is where science reaffirms that even the smallest form known (quarks) — energy is directly tied to a vibrational frequency.  Matter is inseparable from patterns of energy and vibration.

One of the simplest ways to witness this is through cymatics, where salt is placed on a vibration plate, and as the frequency changes, the particles reorganize themselves into entirely different patterns.

The plate doesn't change.

The frequency does.

And the form responds.

 ✧✧✧

Everything is connected within a living ecosystem—seen and unseen.

The intention I am often contemplating is:

What is the frequency of the inner & outer relationship that is relating?

Because life exists through relationship.

Our relationship with ourselves echoes through every relationship we have with anything.

And the relationship we've learned to have with ourselves didn't appear out of nowhere.

It was shaped by what we experienced.

What we witnessed.

What we inherited.

Both consciously and unconsciously.

Maybe it wasn't safe to feel.

Maybe it wasn't safe to speak.

Maybe you learned your worth depended on becoming someone else.

Maybe love was experienced as something conditional—something earned instead of something inherent.

Maybe it wasn’t even safe to exist.

Whatever we repeatedly experienced became part of the energetic architecture which we learned life moved through us— and how it met us.

Those frequencies became the forms of our relationships.  Not because we chose them…

But because they helped us survive.

Some live within our nervous system.

Some live within our bodies.

Some have been carried through generations before us.

They become the invisible blueprint beneath the visible life.

The beautyfull part is this:

Frequency is not fixed.

The energy beneath a pattern is transmutable

Not through force.

Not through bypassing.

Not by pretending the fracture never existed.

But through presence.

Real presence.

Dismantling isn't the same as discarding.

It's allowing ourselves to stay present long enough for what has been frozen to begin moving again.

Sometimes the deepest transformation isn't immediately visible.

Sometimes healing doesn't look like feeling better.

Sometimes it looks like staying with ourselves where we've spent a lifetime leaving.

Little by little, coherence begins to emerge.

The fracture doesn't disappear.

It becomes integrated into something larger.

Just as compost becomes nourishment for new life, what once felt like the heaviest part of our story becomes part of the richness of our wisdom.

Lately, this has been deeply alive in my own body.  The frequencies of survival in my system.  Moments where anxiety makes me want to crawl out of my skin.  Moments where every cell seems to echo that it isn't safe to be here— and it needs to get the FUCK out of there, because there’s no surviving this.

Everything in me wants to escape.

And yet...

I've been practicing something different.

Not trying to fix it.

Not forcing it away.

Simply breathing.

Staying.

Let me be very clear—during this, every part of me still wants it to go away. To be free from it. Out of my system... or me out of it.

Within this cultivation, I can sense the frequency beneath it all communicating. Everything connecting in my system whispering, "I can't belong in my own body."

So instead of abandoning her again, I've been offering the parts of me that never felt welcome… a different experience.  Allowing my body to slowly become the place where they are finally safe enough to remain.

The grief has been immense.

I sense the chords not only within my own system, but torn throughout my lineage.

Realizing how long survival became my definition of safety.

So I breathe into the overwhelm.

Again.

And again.

Sometimes a cry is necessary.

Sometimes a scream.

Sometimes there are no words.

No reason to find.
No lesson to extract.
No need to immediately understand.

Sometimes something is simply moving through the body in its full intensity.

And in the resistance, I practice offering it permission.

I imagine breathing in golden light codes—streams of them from the Universe moving through every cell and molecule, meeting the places that feel unsettled.

Not to make the feeling disappear.

But to build a bridge back into relationship.

A reweaving of it ALL.

Because to honor myself—especially the places that feel fractured or forgotten—is to honor Life moving through me.

The Life that is me.

I can sense this rearranging not only within my own being, but reverberating through my lineage and rippling outward into the greater web of all relations.

A recalibration not through the removal of what hurts...

But through the integration of all of it.

A deeper coherence emerging.

✧✧✧

This is also why I've been so quiet.

Last November I birthed a heart offering Gentleness as Medicine, and not long after, my body asked me to stop.

I didn't listen right away.

I became sick.

Then, almost symbolically, my work email went completely offline for weeks. Even with support behind the scenes, it simply wouldn't return.

As life continued unfolding, I said goodbye to both of my dogs the same day.

And shortly after, I made the decision to take my daughter out of school so she could be homeschooled—choosing her well-being over the expectations of a system that no longer felt aligned.

Looking back, none of it feels separate.

It feels like Life continually asking me the same question:

Will you keep abandoning your life force in order to keep moving... or will you finally trust the rhythm beneath it?

I know what it's like to override my body.

To compromise my life force in the name of productivity.

In the name of responsibility.

In the name of being dependable.

In the name of proving my worth.

In the name of not disappointing people.

Even in the name of love.

I know what it costs.

And I also know that every time I choose those frequencies over the quiet intelligence of my own blueprint, I move further away from the life that is trying to emerge through me.

So this season hasn't been about disappearing.

It's been a recalibration.

A returning.

Always learning deeper in cultivating my own life coherence with what I know to be true.

Not forcing myself to keep creating because I "should."

Not rushing to return because it's expected.

But listening more deeply than I ever have before.

Following the rhythm of the life force moving through me.

Because if I'm going to speak about frequency before form...

My life has to become an expression of it first.

 ✧✧✧

Frequency before form has become the simplest way I know to describe how I've always sensed the world.

Long before I had language for it.

It's the foundation beneath everything I offer.

Not changing people.

Not fixing people.

But entering, together, into relationship with the frequencies beneath what has been lived.

Meeting fractured places with enough presence that coherence has somewhere to emerge.

I've come to believe that every wound carries the possibility of becoming wisdom—not because suffering is required, but because our original blueprint has never been lost.

Beneath every adaptation.

Beneath every inherited story.

Beneath every survival strategy.

There remains an intelligence within us that remembers how to return to wholeness.

Life is constantly reorganizing itself.

Within us.

Between us.

Collectively.

Perhaps this moment isn't asking us to build more from inherited survival.

Perhaps it's inviting us to become present enough to notice the frequency beneath the foundations we've created.

To ask whether what we're building is still rooted in fear...

Or whether something more coherent is ready to emerge.

Not replacing one truth with another.

Not creating another ideology.

But allowing fractured systems to become part of a larger harmony.

Just as every living ecosystem depends upon diversity, relationship, and reciprocity, perhaps our own recalibration does too.

Frequency before form.

Not because form doesn't matter.

But because every form is continually shaped by the relationship that gives rise to it.

And when relationship changes...

Everything has the possibility of reorganizing from within.
